What you actually buy is British-owned, British-staffed data centres, a registrar accreditation the company holds itself, and a support line answered in the UK around the clock — and it publishes the whole price list openly, which is rarer than it should be. What you do not buy is a bargain: shared hosting renews at £11.59–£23.09 per month plus VAT, domains cost noticeably more than at discount registrars, and there is no money-back guarantee at all, which their terms state plainly. It suits UK businesses that want a named data centre, a phone number and one supplier for hosting, mailboxes, Microsoft 365 and domains. It is the wrong pick if you are optimising for price per gigabyte, want a large VPS, or expect a refund window.
